Jean Holloway was my guest on Page Readers to discuss her latest novel "Black Jack." Her latest novel is the second in her Deck of Cards Series, which continues the story of Detective Shevaghn Robinson as she not only has to track down a terrifying murderer, she also has to deal with some changes in her personal life.
Jean is a fantastic story teller, letting her characters tell her their story, which means that even though Jean might think she knows where the story is going, her characters might protest and take her down another path.
Jean is such an inspiration to talk with! She is a great-grandmother (!!!) now, and has a large family who have supported her dream of being an author. It's not been an easy journey, but it is one where she has cherished each step.
